Hi families! I’m Mandi Swanson, and I’ve spent the past 27+ years caring for and teaching children from infancy through elementary age. My background includes infant and toddler care, preschool, kindergarten, reading intervention and elementary education, and I also hold a degree in Early Childhood Education. I truly love creating calm, happy, nurturing environments where kids feel safe, supported, loved, and free to be themselves. Whether it’s helping little ones stick to sleep schedules and routines, or making everyday moments fun and engaging, caring for children is genuinely what I love to do. Along with my professional experience, I’m also the proud mom of two amazing adult sons, which has given me both real-life parenting experience and a deep understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs at every stage. Families often describe me as warm, dependable, patient, easygoing, and very intuitive with children- especially infants and young kids who need consistency, comfort and gentle care. I’m originally from Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma, so I’m a huge Oklahoma Sooners football fan- Boomer Sooner! Outside of nannying, I absolutely love the mountains and pretty much anything outdoors. Skiing, hiking, traveling, exploring new places, cooking, and spending time in nature are some of my favorite things. I love bringing creativity, positivity, adventure, and kindness into everyday life with children.
