My name is Maddie! I’m originally from Virginia Beach, VA, and have just moved to the Roaring Fork Valley this May. I am excited to call the valley home this summer! I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023 with a double major in Kinesiology and Studio Art, and I am currently a graduate student working towards my Master of Fine Arts in Printmaking. Outside of school, I enjoy sailing, snowboarding, and biking, among other outdoor activities!

I’m the oldest of four kids, so I helped out my parents when I was old enough and began babysitting for other families as soon as I was in high school. Through undergrad and grad school, I have continued to babysit in addition to working! I have over 9 years of experience ranging from one-time date night sitting to more intensive daily nannying, so I am very comfortable adapting to different routines, personalities, and parenting styles.

I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified in both pediatric and adult care. Overall, I’m reliable, patient, and intentional about creating a safe, fun environment where kids feel supported. I look forward to meeting you and your kids!
