My name is Caroline! I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and went to Washington and Lee University. I double majored in politics and environmental studies, as well as played on the women's lacrosse team. I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in the winter of 2023 and I love the activities both winter and summer have to offer here! In the winter I work as a ski instructor on snowmass and in the summer I raft guide. Outside of skiing and river rafting, I love to trail run, mountain bike, and gravel bike. Most recently, I rode my bike across Vietnam with my dad.

I began babysitting when I was 14 years old and have kept up with it ever since. Working with kids of all ages is a passion of mine, as I have guided them on the river, in the backcountry, and taught them skiing in the winter. I also coach a third and fifth grade lacrosse team here in Aspen. I am CPR certified and have my Wilderness First Responder. I look forward to meeting you all and your kids!
