When sitters are hired through us, we also give them learning manuals on altitude sickness, skiing with children, swimming with children, the best child-friendly activities in town, and more. We also provide consistent up to date information on anything child-related and anything safety related to the mountains.
Referral Fees:
Aspen Nannies Full Time Referral Agency fee is 10% of the Nanny's annual salary (Minimum of $2000) and the Part-Time Nanny Referral Agency fee is a flat fee of $2000.
This fee includes:

1 Month Guarantee: free replacement if any nanny does not work out within the first month.

One-Year Discount: In the rare event that a nanny’s employment is terminated in the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search. The credit will start at 75% of the initial referral fee.

Background Checks and Screening: Each nanny is pre-screened and completes a phone as well as an in-person interview. We check each candidates’ references and require that they pass two stringent background checks.

Backup care options if your nanny is sick or unable to work.

Ongoing support for parents. We are here to help on any topic, such as getting your nanny on payroll, offering benefits or perks, and how to maintain a professional, respectful nanny-employer relationship.

Nanny training and support. Your nanny is eligible for occasional training in things like child development and communication strategies.
